Creates section 784.09, Florida Statutes to define crimes of abuse of a parent, aggravated abuse of a parent, exploitation of a parent's assets, and emotional abuse of a parent by unmarried persons under 18 years old.

Establishes abuse of a parent as a second-degree misdemeanor when a child inflicts physical injury, threatens great bodily harm, or encourages acts that could result in physical injury to a biological parent.

Defines aggravated abuse of a parent as a felony (second or first degree depending on severity) when a child commits aggravated battery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, or causes great bodily harm or permanent disability to a parent.

Creates exploitation of a parent's assets as a crime ranging from second-degree misdemeanor to first-degree felony based on asset value ($500 to $50,000+), covering theft, property damage, and unauthorized financial commitments in a parent's name.

Requires reporting of parent abuse or asset exploitation to the Department of Children and Families central abuse hotline and provides immunity for good-faith reporters; allows courts to reduce felony charges to misdemeanors and impose alternative sentencing upon request.
