Amends Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992 to include unpaid interns within the definition of "employee" for discrimination protection purposes.

Defines an unpaid intern as a person who performs work under specific conditions: employer makes no commitment to hire after internship ends, intern receives no wages, and work is non-mandatory for compensation.

Requires intern work to supplement educational training, provide experience benefiting the intern, not displace regular employees, occur under close staff supervision, and provide no immediate advantage to the employer.

Effective July 1, 2015.
