Prohibits manufacturers of prescription contact lenses from preventing retailers from selling or advertising contact lenses below any specified price through unilateral policies or agreements

Prohibits manufacturers from limiting retailers' ability to determine prices at which contact lenses are offered or advertised to consumers

Prohibits manufacturers from restricting contact lens purchaser options by discriminating in distribution based on the channel of trade or whether the retailer is authorized to prescribe contact lenses

Prohibits manufacturers from using contact lens distributors to circumvent compliance with these restrictions

Violations constitute unfair or deceptive acts under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, subjecting violators to civil or administrative enforcement action; effective July 1, 2015
