Amends Florida Statutes section 320.089 to allow Purple Heart license plate applicants who qualify for disabled veteran status under section 320.0842 to receive a special license plate with the international symbol of accessibility without paying the license tax.

Purple Heart applicants who do not qualify under section 320.0842 but are eligible under sections 320.0848 and 320.0843 may receive the special license plate with the international symbol of accessibility while paying the standard license tax.

Maintains existing provision that Pearl Harbor Survivor and Purple Heart license plate applicants who also qualify as disabled veterans under section 320.084 receive their plates without paying license tax.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
