Division may audit an association's financial statements if a unit owner does not receive a financial report after making a second written request.

Division must coordinate and monitor future recall proceedings if unit owners have attempted to recall the same board member at least two times.

Division's authority changes from "may enforce" to "shall enforce" compliance with condominium provisions and rules.

Effective date is July 1, 2015.
