Creates section 398.01 of Florida Statutes to establish privacy protections in public facilities including bathrooms, restrooms, dressing rooms, fitting rooms, locker rooms, and showers.

Establishes that knowingly and willfully entering a public facility with intent to harass, engage in lewd behavior, assault, battery, molestation, rape, or voyeurism is a second-degree felony.

Creates private right of action allowing persons using public facilities to sue violators for damages, reasonable attorney fees, and costs.

Holds owners of public accommodations, schools, or places of employment liable in civil action if they advertise or promote prohibited facility use, or fail to take reasonable remedial measures after learning of violations.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
