Creates a public records exemption for information held by investigative agencies during investigations of violations of Florida's RICO Act (s. 895.03)

Allows disclosure of exempt information only to government entities performing official duties and to courts or tribunals

Exemption expires once an investigation is complete, either when the agency files an action or closes the investigation without filing

Exemption subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2020, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Takes effect on the same date as SB 1514 or similar legislation relating to racketeering and illegal debts, if enacted in the same legislative session
