Entitles criminal defendants whose immunity claim under s. 776.032 is granted to reimbursement for court costs and reasonable private attorney fees incurred in their defense, up to $200,000.

Requires defendants to submit reimbursement requests to the Justice Administrative Commission within 6 months of the order granting the motion to dismiss, including the court order and documentation of costs and fees.

Mandates the Justice Administrative Commission to audit and approve reimbursement requests within 30 days if costs are documented and attorney fees are reasonable and supported by valid documentation.

Requires approved reimbursements to be paid from the operating trust fund of the prosecuting state attorney within 60 days of commission approval.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
