Exempts certain financial transactions between beer and malt beverage manufacturers and licensed vendors from tied house evil provisions under Florida law.

Applies only to arm's length transactions at fair market value between manufacturers and vendors with total gross revenues exceeding $100 million in the preceding year.

Excludes transactions that involve direct sale or distribution of beverages between the manufacturer and licensed vendor.

Effective July 1, 2015.
