Applauds The Links, Incorporated for its community service efforts and mission to improve quality of life, with over 12,000 members across 41 states, the District of Columbia, and the Bahamas.

Acknowledges the organization's work through five functional areas: International Trends and Services, National Trends and Services, The Arts, Services to Youths, and Health and Human Services.

Commends the organization's initiatives promoting STEM education for African-American youth, eradication of racial disparities in public safety, funding for at-risk youth mentoring programs, and support for minority student educational opportunities.

Directs the Florida Senate to present a copy of the resolution with the Senate seal to Eneid A. Francis, 18th Southern Area Director of The Links, Incorporated.
