Notes Florida's national leadership in agricultural production, ranking first in the nation for oranges, grapefruit, sweet corn, snap beans, cucumbers, squash, sugarcane, and watermelons

Acknowledges Florida farmers and ranchers as responsible stewards maintaining 9.25 million acres of greenspace and conserving more than 11 billion gallons of fresh water annually
