Recognizes Dress for Success, a global non-profit organization founded in 1997 by law student Nancy Lublin that provides professional attire, support networks, and career development tools to disadvantaged women.

Dress for Success has expanded to 139 cities in 19 countries and assisted over 850,000 women since its founding in a Manhattan church basement.

Organization operates six standalone boutiques in Florida (Tallahassee, Winter Park, Tampa, Fort Myers, Lake Worth, and Miami) that have helped more than 22,000 women achieve economic stability since 2005.

Relies on over 10,000 annual volunteers globally and receives client referrals from 5,000+ non-profit and government agencies including homeless shelters, job training programs, and domestic violence shelters.

Senate directs presentation of the resolution to each of the six Florida affiliate chapters as recognition of the organization's work.
