Establishes the Supreme Court headquarters in Tallahassee's Supreme Court Building in Leon County, and permits justices who reside outside the Second Judicial Circuit to designate a district court of appeal courthouse, county courthouse, or other facility in their county of residence as their official headquarters for private chambers only.

Authorizes Supreme Court justices with official headquarters in their county of residence to receive subsistence reimbursement at a rate established by the Chief Justice for days spent at the Supreme Court headquarters, not exceeding limits under s. 112.061(6), plus transportation expense reimbursement between their headquarters and the Supreme Court.

Allows district court of appeal judges who permanently reside more than 50 miles from the nearest court facility to designate a county courthouse or other appropriate facility in their county of residence as their official headquarters for private chambers only, with eligibility for transportation expense reimbursement.

Prohibits counties from being required to provide courthouse space, but allows counties to enter into voluntary agreements with the Supreme Court or district courts of appeal; prohibits courts from using state funds to lease space for justices and judges to establish official headquarters.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
