Renames "Workforce Florida, Inc." to "CareerSource Florida, Inc." throughout Florida statutes, affecting 60+ sections related to workforce development and employment services.

Creates a task force on preparation for implementing the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, composed of 20 members from state agencies and workforce organizations, requiring recommendations by December 1, 2015.

Requires CareerSource Florida, Inc. to incorporate task force recommendations into a state plan under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and submit the approved plan to the U.S. Department of Labor.

Makes technical and conforming changes to statutes governing workforce programs, including the Quick-Response Training Program, welfare transition services, Individual Training Accounts, and one-stop career centers.

Abolishes the task force on June 30, 2016, or earlier as determined by the task force itself.
