Amends section 497.172 of Florida Statutes to exempt portions of Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services meetings from public meeting requirements when licensure examination questions or answers are discussed.

Requires closed meetings discussing examination content to be recorded with no off-the-record portions, with recordings maintained by the board.

Makes meeting recordings exempt from public records disclosure requirements under Florida Statutes and the Florida Constitution.

Removes the exemption from the Open Government Sunset Review Act, saving it from automatic repeal on October 2, 2015, and making it permanent unless the Legislature takes future action to modify it.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
