Amends section 494.00125, Florida Statutes to make permanent the public records exemption for credit history information and credit scores held by the Office of Financial Regulation for loan originator, mortgage broker, and mortgage lender licensing purposes.

Removes the automatic repeal provision that would have caused the exemption to expire on October 2, 2015 under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Maintains that credit information remains confidential and exempt from public records disclosure except when otherwise publicly available or when shared with other governmental entities having oversight, regulatory, or law enforcement authority.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
