Amends section 390.01116, Florida Statutes to make permanent the exemption from public records requirements for information identifying minors petitioning a court for judicial waiver of parental notice requirements before terminating a pregnancy.

Removes the sunset provision that would have caused the exemption to expire on October 2, 2015 under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Maintains confidentiality protections for identifying information held by the office of criminal conflict and civil regional counsel or the Justice Administrative Commission.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
