Transfers the public records exemption for stalking and aggravated stalking victims from section 97.0585 to section 741.4651, Florida Statutes.

Exempts the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of stalking or aggravated stalking victims from public records disclosure requirements, provided the victim files a sworn statement of stalking with the Attorney General and complies with procedures in sections 741.401-741.409.

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2015, making the exemption permanent instead of subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Applies the same confidentiality protections to stalking victims as are currently provided to participants in the Address Confidentiality Program for Victims of Domestic Violence.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
