Repeals section 383.336, Florida Statutes, relating to practice parameters for physicians performing caesarean section deliveries in provider hospitals.

Requires hospitals to notify each obstetrical physician with hospital privileges at least 120 days before the hospital closes its obstetrical department or ceases to provide obstetrical services.

Clarifies that notification of adverse incidents or harmful outcomes does not constitute an admission of liability and may not be used as evidence.

Provides that if any law amended by this act was also amended during the 2015 Regular Session, both laws shall be construed as enacted in the same session with full effect given to each if possible.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
