Creates the "Women's Health Protection Act" requiring physicians performing or inducing a termination of life procedure to have active admitting privileges at a licensed Florida hospital within 30 miles of the procedure location.

Mandates that physicians performing termination of life procedures must provide obstetrical or gynecological health care services.

Establishes that violations of the admitting privileges requirement constitute grounds for disciplinary action under Florida's physician discipline statutes (s. 458.331 or s. 459.015).

Amends the definition of "termination of life" in s. 390.011 to mean the termination of human pregnancy with intent other than to produce a live birth or remove a dead fetus.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
