Creates Florida Statute 877.28 to prohibit entry into or presence within Florida by persons denied admission, excluded, deported, or removed under federal immigration law (8 U.S.C. §§ 1151 et seq.)

Exempts individuals who have obtained express consent from the United States Attorney General to reapply for admission before departure or reentry

Exempts persons previously denied admission and removed who can establish they were not required to obtain advance federal consent under federal law

Establishes violation as a felony of the third degree with punishments provided under Florida sentencing statutes (§§ 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084)

Takes effect October 1, 2016
