Establishes the STEM Teacher Loan Forgiveness Program administered by the Department of Education to encourage qualified graduates to teach STEM courses in Florida public schools.

Requires candidates to be state university graduates, hold a valid Florida educator certificate, and be employed by a school district teaching science, technology, engineering, or mathematics courses at a public school.

Covers only loans used to pay tuition, books, and living expenses for eligible candidates.

Provides up to $16,000 in loan payment assistance for selected candidates who complete 8 consecutive years of employment as a STEM teacher, contingent upon proof of completion and paid directly to the loan holder.

Takes effect July 1, 2016, with the State Board of Education authorized to adopt necessary administrative rules.
