Amends Florida Statutes section 1011.62 to modify the sparsity supplement allocation formula for school districts.

Prohibits school districts with a population of 25,000 or less from having their sparsity supplement allocation decrease by more than 25 percent through sparsity wealth adjustments.

Maintains existing requirement that no district's sparsity wealth adjustment can cause total potential funds per FTE to fall below the state average.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
