Creates new statute allowing persons and public entities that infringe on firearms rights to be subject to liability under section 790.33 with no immunity from prosecution.

Permits licensed concealed carry permit holders to openly carry firearms and weapons in a visible holster or case, except in public hospitals and other specified restricted locations.

Requires law enforcement officers to have reasonable suspicion or probable cause before arresting a person for unlicensed concealed carry of a weapon.

Prohibits employees from suing employers over disciplinary actions or termination related to employer weapons policies or directives regarding carrying weapons.

Makes persons illegally present in the United States ineligible for concealed carry licenses and allows state legislators with licenses to carry concealed weapons in legislative meetings.
