Repeals Section 565.04, F.S., which restricted certain licensed alcoholic beverage vendors from selling unauthorized merchandise and limited direct access to their place of business

Allows persons under 18 to work at licensed vendor premises (drugstores, grocery stores, department stores, florists, specialty gift shops, automobile service stations) if the vendor derives 30% or less of gross monthly revenue from alcoholic beverage sales

Requires minor employees to be supervised by someone 18 or older who must verify purchasers are 21+ using division-approved identification methods before approving any alcohol sale

Makes it unlawful for a vendor to exceed the 30% monthly alcohol revenue threshold during any month when a person under 18 is employed on the licensed premises
