Exempts financial information of private entity applicants from public records requirements when applying for loans or credit enhancements from the state-funded infrastructure bank.

Defines "financial information" to include business plans, pro forma statements, account balances, operating income or revenue, asset values, or debt of the applicant.

Exemption does not apply to records of applicants in default of a loan issued under this section.

Exemption subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2021, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
