Defines "violent felony" as a felony listed in s. 775.084(1)(c)1 or s. 948.06(8)(c) in the Victims of Wrongful Incarceration Compensation Act.

Disqualifies persons from compensation if they were previously convicted of any violent felony before their wrongful conviction, or more than one non-violent felony before their wrongful conviction.

Makes wrongfully incarcerated persons ineligible for compensation if they commit a violent felony (rather than any felony) resulting in revocation of parole or community supervision.

Allows wrongfully incarcerated persons who commit one non-violent felony violation during parole/community supervision to remain eligible for full compensation for years incarcerated.

Applies to persons determined to be wrongfully incarcerated on or after October 1, 2016, and makes conforming changes to related statutes.
