Exempts proprietary confidential business information provided by boxing promoters to the Florida State Boxing Commission from public records disclosure requirements under Florida Statutes s. 119.07(1) and Article I, Section 24(a) of the State Constitution.

Applies the exemption to information provided in written reports filed after matches and information obtained through commission audits of promoter books and records.

Allows disclosure of exempted information to other governmental entities in performance of their duties and responsibilities.

Extends the legislative review and repeal date for the exemption from October 2, 2019 to October 2, 2021 under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Effective July 1, 2016; Legislature finds that disclosure would harm promoters competitively and outweighs any public benefit from disclosure.
