Creates Florida Statute Section 501.935 prohibiting retail stores from allowing customers to try on intimate apparel unless it is worn over clothing or with a disposable shield

Defines "intimate apparel" as lower undergarments and swimsuit bottoms

Requires retail stores to treat intimate apparel tried on in violation of the prohibition as defective and prohibits selling such items

Takes effect July 1, 2016
