Defines "covered farm vehicle" as a straight truck or articulated vehicle registered as a farm vehicle, operated by farm owners/employees/family members, and used to transport agricultural commodities, livestock, machinery, or supplies.

Exempts covered farm vehicles and their operators from federal regulations on controlled substances/alcohol testing, commercial driver licenses, physical qualifications, hours of service, and vehicle inspection/maintenance when operating under specified weight limits.

Vehicles 26,001 pounds or less can operate anywhere in Florida; vehicles over 26,001 pounds can operate in the state of registration or within 150 air miles of the farm across state lines.

Exempts drivers of covered farm vehicles from commercial driver license requirements when operated in accordance with the exemption conditions.

Exemption does not apply to vehicles transporting hazardous materials requiring placarding.
