Exempts agricultural pole barns (nonresidential farm buildings with 70% or more open perimeter walls) from the Florida Fire Prevention Code.

Establishes three classifications for farm structures used for agritourism activities that generate revenue: Class 1 (used 12 or fewer times annually, up to 100 persons), Class 2 (up to 300 persons), and Class 3 (primarily for public housing/sheltering, subject to full code compliance).

Requires the State Fire Marshal to adopt rules for alternative fire safety standards for Class 1 and 2 agritourism structures and establish notification and inspection requirements.

Increases tent exemption from the Florida Fire Prevention Code from 30 feet by 30 feet to 900 square feet.

Authorizes local fire officials to consider NFPA 101A: Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety when identifying reasonable fire safety alternatives for existing buildings; takes effect July 1, 2016.
