School districts must allocate 80% of Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) bonus FTE funding to the school programs generating the funds, with 20% directed to programs assisting academically disadvantaged students prepare for rigorous courses

Teachers receive $50 per student scoring E or higher on full-credit AICE exams and $25 per student on half-credit exams

Teachers at schools graded "D" or "F" receive an additional $500 bonus for full-credit courses or up to $500 total ($250 each) for half-credit courses when at least one student scores E or higher

Maximum teacher bonus increases from $2,000 to $3,000 per year when at least 50% of students at "A," "B," or "C" schools, or 25% at "D" or "F" schools, score E or higher on subject examinations
