Amends section 934.50, Florida Statutes, to establish liability for drone-related injuries to persons or property in Florida.

Person suffering injury where drone operation was a substantial contributing factor may recover all damages from the drone's owner and operator, jointly.

If injury arises from a manufacturing or design defect in the drone, damages may be recovered from the manufacturer, distributor, owner, and operator, jointly.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
