Requires all mammography reports provided to patients to include information about breast density using the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System established by the American College of Radiology.

Mandates that mammography reports include a specific notice informing patients that dense breast tissue may hide abnormalities and recommending consideration of supplementary screening tests such as breast ultrasound or MRI based on individual risk factors.

Amends insurance coverage requirements in three Florida statutes (ss. 627.6418, 627.6613, and 641.31095) to incorporate the breast density notification requirement for accident and health insurance policies, group policies, and health maintenance contracts.

Makes technical corrections to existing language regarding mammogram frequency recommendations, changing "physician's recommendation" to "recommendation of the patient's physician" for grammatical consistency.

Takes effect on October 1, 2016.
