Add voter's party affiliation to newspaper notices published when mail notices of potential ineligibility are returned as undeliverable.

Require supervisors to post the full notice of potential voter ineligibility on their website for a reasonable period of time when published in a newspaper.

Expand the supervisor's biannual certification to the Department of State to include statistics breaking down removed voters by party affiliation and reasons for removal.

If a supervisor fails to meet requirements, the Department of State must satisfy those requirements for the county and failure to comply constitutes a violation of s. 104.051.
