Adds company employee adjusters to the list of persons authorized to provide sworn statements in response to claimants' written requests for liability insurance information under Florida Statute 627.4137.

Requires insurers to provide information within 30 days after receiving a claimant's written request, including insurer name, insured names, coverage limits, policy defenses, and policy copies.

Maintains existing requirement that the insured or insurance agent must disclose known insurers to claimants and forward information requests to all affected insurers.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
