Amends Florida Statutes section 106.07 to revise campaign financing report requirements for political committees regarding expenditure disclosures.

Requires the purpose of each expenditure by a committee to specify the name of the candidate, issue, or position the expenditure supports or opposes, and whether it is in support of or opposition to that candidate, issue, or position.

Adds new reporting requirement for expenditures made indirectly through a campaign treasurer for goods and services such as media placement, procurement services, campaign signs, and insurance, with the primary purpose defined as that purpose comprising 80 percent of the total expenditure.

Effective date of July 1, 2016.
