Creates s. 570.077, F.S. to exempt criminal or civil intelligence and investigative information held by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services from public records disclosure when part of a joint or multiagency examination with state or federal regulatory, administrative, or criminal justice agencies.

Allows the department to release exempted information in furtherance of its official duties and responsibilities or to another governmental agency for the same purpose.

Exemption does not apply to information from independent examinations or investigations conducted solely by the department.

Exemption subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2021, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Effective upon becoming law only if HB 641 or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative session and becomes law.
