Makes confidential and exempt from public records: legal residential address, date of birth, telephone number, and e-mail address of voter registration applicants or voters.

Makes confidential and exempt all information concerning preregistered voter registration applicants who are 16 or 17 years of age.

Allows disclosure of confidential residential address and contact information only to the voter themselves, canvassing boards, election officials, political parties, candidates opposed in an upcoming election, and registered political committees for political purposes only.

Maintains existing exemptions for voter registration declinations, registration location information, social security numbers, driver license numbers, Florida identification numbers, and voter signatures.

Sunset provisions require these exemptions to be reviewed and reauthorized by the Legislature by October 2, 2021, or they will automatically repeal.
