Amends chapter 2008-294, Laws of Florida, to revise the boundaries of the downtown area in Tallahassee for purposes of temporary alcoholic beverage permits.

Allows the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to issue temporary permits to nonprofit civic organizations for selling alcoholic beverages at outdoor events on public right-of-way in downtown Tallahassee, with up to 15 permits per calendar year and each permit valid for up to 3 days.

Redefines the downtown area boundaries to encompass approximately 1.5 square miles, starting at the intersection of Wahnish Way and West Orange Avenue and extending through specified streets including Okaloosa Street, Perry Street, Gamble Street, North Meridian Street, Apalachee Parkway, Suwannee Street, and others.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
