Authorizes trial courts to order videotaping of testimony for victims of sexual battery, witnesses under age 16, or persons with intellectual disabilities upon finding substantial likelihood of emotional or mental harm from defendant's presence or witness unavailability.

Expands who may stipulate to waive the requirement for judge or special master presence at videotaping to include the victim or a representative of the victim or witness, in addition to counsel for each party.

Authorizes trial courts to order closed circuit television testimony for sexual battery victims and allows certain support persons to be present in the recording room, including those who contribute to the well-being of the victim or witness who will not testify.

Redefines "sexual offense victim or witness" to include persons of any age who were victims of or witnesses to sexual offenses as specified in Florida Statutes sections 775.21(4)(a)1 or 943.0435(1)(a)1.a.(I), removing the previous under-age-16 limitation.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
