Requires all special districts in Florida to operate an official website, eliminating the previous option to submit budget information to local government websites instead

Mandates tentative budgets be posted online at least 2 days before budget hearings, final adopted budgets within 30 days of adoption, and budget amendments within 5 days of adoption

Requires special district websites to provide interactive budget tools allowing the public to view multiple years of budget, general ledger, and checking account data

Public must be able to review year-over-year spending trends, filter by fund/department/division/program, download data, and view information in various graphical formats including bar graphs, pie charts, and trend lines
