Reduces the window for employees to request specimen retesting from 180 days to 5 days after notification of a positive result

Requires breath alcohol testing to follow U.S. Department of Transportation procedures, with confirmation testing using devices listed on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's conforming products list
