Agents or attorneys recognized under 38 U.S.C. s. 5904 who represent veterans' claims are prohibited from requesting, receiving, or obtaining reimbursement from claimants for assessments charged to them by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Applies to assessments charged pursuant to 38 U.S.C. s. 5904(6)(A), which covers fees the VA charges to accredited agents and attorneys

Violations constitute a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable under Florida Statutes s. 775.082 or s. 775.083

Creates new Section 295.24 of Florida Statutes
