Requires the Auditor General to annually conduct a performance audit of a randomly selected state agency.

Redesignates existing paragraphs (g) through (k) to paragraphs (h) through (l) in section 11.45(2) to insert the new performance audit requirement.

Preserves the Auditor General's discretionary authority to conduct other audits or engagements of governmental entities as authorized under existing law.

Conforms a cross-reference in section 1002.395 regarding the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program from section 11.45(2)(k) to 11.45(2)(l).

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
