Amends Florida Statutes section 634.011 to revise and expand definitions related to motor vehicle service agreements.

Defines "additive product" as fuel or oil supplements added to vehicles to enhance performance or longevity, excluding exterior or interior appearance protection products.

Expands "motor vehicle service agreement" to include coverage for vehicle protection expenses related to theft recovery and tire/wheel repair from road hazards, as well as paintless dent removal and key replacement services.

Establishes that vehicle protection expense agreements must either reimburse specific minimum expenses (insurance deductibles, rental costs, replacement vehicle costs) or pay a preestablished flat amount of $5,000 or less without duplicating insurance benefits.

Defines "road hazard" as dangers encountered while driving including potholes, rocks, debris, and glass, but excludes collision, vandalism, and other comprehensive/collision insurance-covered damage.

Effective date: July 1, 2016.
