Establishes the "For the Greater Good Attorney Student Loan Repayment Program" administered by the Department of Education to encourage attorneys to seek and retain government employment.

Eligible attorneys must be Florida Bar members in good standing, full-time government employees earning less than $65,000 annually, employed 10 years or less, state residents, and cannot be enrolled in other loan forgiveness programs.

Provides annual payments ranging from $3,000 to $8,000 based on law school class rank or bar exam percentile scores and years of continuous government service, with higher payments for top graduates with longer tenure.

Payments are non-taxable income made directly to loan holders; if an attorney holds multiple eligible loans, payment goes to the loan with the highest interest rate.

Takes effect July 1, 2016, with the State Board of Education adopting rules to administer the program.
