Amends section 195.022, Florida Statutes, to revise county population thresholds for determining which governmental entity pays for aerial photographs and nonproperty ownership maps provided to property appraisers.

Counties with a population of 25,000 or fewer shall have aerial photographs and maps paid for by the Department of Revenue.

Counties with a population greater than 25,000 shall bear the expense of aerial photographs and maps through the property appraiser's budget.

The Department of Revenue must prescribe and furnish aerial photographs and nonproperty ownership maps to property appraisers upon request or at least once every 3 years to ensure all real property is properly listed.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
