Amends Florida Statute 1012.33 to clarify reemployment rules for retired instructional staff members who return to work in public schools.

Allows retired members to interrupt retirement and be reemployed in any public school without restriction.

Requires instructional staff members reemployed by the same district from which they retired to be employed only on a probationary or annual contractual basis, preventing professional service contracts.

Removes language limiting reemployment to the same district, allowing retirees to work in different districts.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
