Amends Florida Statute 943.085 to establish statewide minimum salaries and salary parity for law enforcement officers and correctional facility officers of equal rank

Requires equal compensation across agencies including Department of Law Enforcement, Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Florida Highway Patrol, and Department of Corrections

Prohibits officers of one agency from being compensated more than officers of another agency if they hold equal rank by name

Provides state monetary supplement to increase compensation for all covered law enforcement and correctional facility officers

Effective date: July 1, 2016
